The man-owned small consultancy office based in Bulakan, Bulacan,  Philippines, had studies in Paris, France,  possess 32-years of background experience spanning the following areas:

From our research since 1982, and disseminating sustainable and environmental technology since 1999, spawned linkages in 21 localities and 5 international points. For the past six years, the sustainable and environmental technology dissemination, and linkages that we have made spawned 21 localities, and 5 international points. We have been silently working for the Filipino, and the world.
